I’ve been in Latin America for just one month, and it has taught me so much. Life is a big beautiful game. Every chapter has pros, cons, novelty, and contrasts. Don’t search for perfection in any chapter. Seek joy. Seek authenticity. Seek love. Appreciate what is here right now presenting itself. Nothing is forever. Impermanence is part of the thrill. What is fleeting is often where gratitude can be felt.

My brother and his wife had their first baby in January, and they have now been given their notice from the pediatrician that if they don’t vaccinate, they have to leave the practice. I said you don’t even need a pediatrician, you’re smart parents, stand in your own intuition. If your baby is happy, sleeping, eating, growing, and no abnormal physical signs- that’s all you need to know!!!! You don’t need a fake authority figure to tell you what you already know. You don’t need weekly weigh ins and pressure to comply. Stop outsourcing. Learn to stand on your square.

A year ago, I was barely surviving life living in NYC, health at an all time low. Inflamed, insomnia, low redox, high cortisol, no menstrual cycle, unhappy, unfulfilled, soul suppressed, didn’t connect to people there, didn’t own any bitcoin. Today, I’m magnitudes healthier, I spend my days on the beach, I pay for rent and groceries in bitcoin, I quit my corporate job and do health/consciousness/sovereignty work on my own terms with people I love, my soul is being unleashed and evolving quicker than I can keep up. And my freedom will only continue to expand. Getting from A to B was really hard, really lonely, really uncomfortable, but really worth it. It required a ton of time educating myself and letting go of people and things holding me back🪽

I eat more “calories” and more meat than 99% of men and women I know. BECAUSE FERTILITY IS HOT. YOUR AURA EXPANDS. YOU RADIATE, YOU GLOW. YOUR VITALITY INCREASES. It’s okay to want to be full of life!

Today when I went to open water swim, I said a little prayer when I got in the ocean- I asked God for healing, protection, and prosperity. Immediately a small yellow fish started swimming with me. It stayed right in front of my head no matter what direction I went. If I would turn around, it would turn around. After 30 minutes, I swam to shore, and it swam with me until I got out🐠 LIKE CMON

Artificial begets artificial. The real world is waiting for you. Nature is always ready for you to return. When we exit the systems that do not serve our health and wellbeing, life flows with much more ease and prosperity. You can create any life you want. You can create new societies, new systems, new communities, new lifestyles. The belief that the current “reality” is the only option is a complete illusion. The path of truth is the only way forward. Health is simply a byproduct of walking that path.

A common challenge for modern women is absence of menstrual cycle or annovulatory cycles. Both lead to estrogen dominance. Estrogen dominance leads to increased fat storage. It feels counter-intuitive but you likely need to nourish MORE (and minimize all the other life stressors) in order to create safety in your body. This will allow you to ovulate, produce optimal progesterone to balance estrogen dominance, restore a healthy cycle, and over time the fat distribution will work itself out. Unfortunately this process takes TIME. Give yourself grace💖

You don’t need to know what is, to know what isn’t. Often we must let go of what isn’t for us before being met with what is. Trust yourself, trust fall.

Protecting your dopamine is how you stop being a sheep. Blocking artificial light, mitigating technology, being outside in nature, syncing with the sun & the earth, eating real food, limiting artificial pleasure/scrolling/consumption. There’s a reason they target your dopamine and constructed a world to tank it. When you have optimal dopamine you are curious, you question things in a healthy way, you have drive, passion, and creativity. You desire to live your unique purpose. You step into your true power and take autonomy in every facet of life.
