Do not lose the God inside of you.
You cannot ever understand this body, this consciousness, this life, this universe. You cannot really know anything for certain. Certainty is the sign of an uncultivated mind.
All you must strive for is authenticity, love, and joy. Maybe we need less data, less studies, less noise, less comparison, less copying, less outsourcing.
God is in you and all around you- if only you would remember.
I didn’t have much cell service last week which allowed me to not consume very much social media.
I noticed I fell asleep so much easier at night. My brain was processing less, comparing less. I always knew mindlessly scrolling was bad for me, but I love having a direct experience on how my body responds positively without it.
The amount of information we intake everyday is so overwhelming and 99% of it is trash. And your brain and body have to process it all somehow.

I have a childhood friend who I don’t regularly keep in touch with but I thought about a memory of ours the other day so I sent her a voice memo letting her know I was thinking of her and wanted a life update.
It’s been a year since I’ve talked to her and we immediately dropped into sending 5 minute voice memos back and forth🙂↔️
So grateful for friends where it doesn’t matter how long it’s been since you’ve talked and the first conversation back is 100% natural, authentic, deep, caring, supportive, and genuinely interested.
We suffer when we believe a thought that argues with what is.
Nature is order and it is chaos. Nature is cyclical yet never the same. Nature shapeshifts, evolves, dies, and is born again. Nature shows us that form is temporary, energy is forever. We continuously transmute moment by moment. We need not form attachment because we are everything already. Nothing is separate from us. Our form is an extension of God, of Nature. We are a fragment of consciousness journeying through this physical reality while simultaneously operating a mental, emotional, and energetic body.
You were blessed with this existence. You are capable. You are powerful. You are here to take up space and ride the wave of being a human. It is special because it is not forever, so feel joy, laugh, cry, love, dance, scream. Honor the extension that is you today. And embrace the extension that you become tomorrow🪬
Love, gratitude, bliss, peace, beauty, and joy are ALWAYS available to us. How lucky are we to have access to those states of consciousness whenever we choose them. High on Nature's abundance.
Feeling its love, feeling how its power brings out the best in me. I am so capable because I am an extension of Nature and God, and the more connected I get, the more positive energy I have available to me.
Today is my born day, and this audio was a voice memo I sent my sister today after my beautiful ocean swim in the sun. I can't even imagine the year ahead for me, but I know in my heart it will be my greatest one yet. I love who I am becoming.

Podcasting is definitely a skill I want to get better at- I say “like” so often it’s comical.
Also, sometimes I forget how much detail I need to go into while explaining things because people actually know nothing about your life.
The thread of your life unravels in amazing ways. If you resonate deeply with someone or something, act on it. It is not random. Admit your authentic interest, follow the inkling. I felt so aligned with a guest I heard on a podcast that I reached out to him on his website.
We just had an hour long facetime discussing an incredible creative opportunity and the conversation itself made my day.
Some conversations change your life forever. It is the feeling of authentic flow, resonant frequency, deep witnessing, mutual interests, and strong self-belief on both ends that is so powerful.

Being physically attractive is great, but if you have no mental, emotional, or spiritual substance to you, it just ain’t it.
Internal beauty is so needed. Well-read, well-studied, a natural philosopher, a deep thinker, heart-centered, emotionally connected and curious.
Being conscious and capable of beauty in the external & internal worlds. The internal attraction is harder to cultivate, a rarer existence, and of much stronger value.
(At least in my female opinion)
Sometimes I get frustrated with not being arrived at where I want to be. I tell myself I may not be at the destination, but I know I’m at least on the path.
And then I remember that being on the path means I have already arrived. If you are on your path, you are exactly where you need to be right now.
