Stabilized video of the shooting. When the ICE agent reached and pulled the gun from the victim. Another ICE agent pulls out his gun, puts it on the back of the victim and starts shooting. This causes other agents to pull their gun and start shooting. I think the first ICE agent mistook the agent pulling out the gun, as the victim reaching and pulling out the gun.
