⚡🇺🇸 MORE DETAILS - Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a 37-year-old south Minneapolis resident, was lawfully armed. Video shows his firearm had already been seized before the first shot. A Border Patrol agent is seen removing the gun and walking away from the scene.

This agent is the one that shoots first, point blank in the victims back. Watch at 27 seconds mark of this video. He starts pulling his gun, as the other agent pulls the gun from the victim. At 40 second mark, he shoots the victim in the back. Second pic you can see the gun.
