Great interview @Stephan Livera with Becca from the Anchor Watch team. I have a few related questions maybe @Rob Hamilton or @Bitcoin Policy Institute have a take on: 1. Is there any proposed legislation in the US to remove the penalty for insurers to use #bitcoin as backing for BTC denominated policies? 2. If an insurer was able to use and custody BTC to back a policy who would/could insure that custody? In wouldn't make sense to take a BTC denominated insurance policy from an insurer who holds their BTC with some shit place like coinbase.

#lazynostr does anyone have any tips on why this testnet4 tx keeps showing as unconfirmed, then confirmed, then unconfirmed on @mempool ? I assume it's some reorgs going on, but how can I verify that? Do I have to use some testnet4 bitcoin-cli commands to double check?
