Apple now requires UK users to verify their age on iPhone. This signals a broader shift toward identity-based access at the device level.

What is going on with apple? They are lounching system level identity verification! And this without any law requiring it. Can this even be legal, when a private company checks government IDs? I mean Police can request me to identify. Or a local store owner can physically check if I am old enough to buy alcohol or tabaco. But a major Operating system collecting this information just can not be legitimated. This is outrageous. Pleas someone starts a legal court case against Apple for doing this?

I think it is great to follow those principles. Not only to potect ourselfs. But by applying these principles we get a sense, which services still work without the need of intrusive practices. And this gives us the opportunity to report back to the websie or service, to offer more compatability. So like this every one of us can help others by requesting privacy respecting features. Nach der Recherche scheint mit eines sehr konfus. Weshalb wird #marxismus oder #kommunismus sofort mit der #Sovjetunion verbunden, während #kapitalismus und #faschismus durchaus separat betrachtet werden? Ich möchte keineswegs #kapitalismus als ganzes verteufeln. Noch will ich, dass es mit #faschismus gleich gesetzt würde. Jedoch finde ich es wichtig die Dinge für das zu betrachten was sie sind. #faschismus ist eine explizit antikommunistische und antisozialistische Bewegung, welche sich #kapitalistisch begründet. Wenn es auch nur für die Kapitalisten gilt, welche den superioren Prototypen repräsentieren. Genauso ist die #Sovjetunion eine explizite marxistische/kommunistische Staatsform. Jedoch sind die Desaster der Sovjetunion nicht ein Beweis dafür, dass alle Ideen des Marxismus/Kommunismus zum Scheitern verurteilt sind. Dank dem Kommunismus entstehen noch Heute viele Genossenschaften und Gewerkschaften. Die Idee des Sozialstaats wird ebenfalls weiter gelebt. Was ich sagen will: Es nützt uns allen nichts eine Ideologie grundsätzlich zu verteufeln. Es ist wichtig, deren Ideen zu betrachten und die einzelnen Ideen zu evaluieren. Sonst machen wir als Gesellschaft keinen echten Fortschritt. Sondern eher mal ein Schritt nach rechts, einen nach hinten und dann wieder nach links forne zurück wo wir waren. Ich habe kürzlich eine #Recherche darüber gemacht, was eigentlich #Faschismus ist. Faschismus ist leider nicht ein selbstbeschreibender "Ismus", so wie das Liberalismus oder Marxismus ist. Trotzdem sind sich verschiedene Quellen über folgende Eigenschaften einig: 1. Prototyp: Es wird ein Prototyp erstellt, welcher das "wir" definiert. 2. Andere: Alle die nicht "wir" sind, können ignoriert oder vernichtet werden. Moral und Gesetz wird dafür ausser Kraft gesetzt. 3. Historisches Ideal: Der erstellte Prototyp verfolgt ein Ideal, welches historisch gerechtfertigt wird. Die Genauigkeit der Historie spielt dabei keine Rolle. 4. Gewaltbereitschaft: Gewalt wird verherrlicht. Es gehört zum guten Ton für Männer Gewalt einzusetzen um das historische Ideal widerherzustellen. 5. Die Frau: Die Frau hat in einer faschistischen Ideologie die Rolle einer Hausfrau, welche für den Mann sorgt. Individuelle Ziele und ansprüche zur Selbsterfüllung haben keinen Platz. 6. Individuum: Individuelle Freiheiten werden missachtet. Jede Person hat der Widerherstellung des historischen Ideals zu dienen. Kritik zu äussern wird mit verbaler und physischer Gewalt bestraft. 7. Presse: Die Presse darf nur die Vorzüge des Systems aufzeigen. Beleuchtung von Fehlentscheiden und verfehlten Zielen macht ein Medienhaus direkt zur Zielscheibe von Hass und Gewalt der faschisten. 8. Loyalität: Für Unterstützer alles, für Kritiker das Gesetz.
