Start with Immanuel Kants techings, follow stoics, also very nice to read "happy" by Derren Brown, add dao techings to it
Follow this up by Podcasts like Darknet diaries and Jon Harbinger
On Youtube watch TEDx talks, Veritassium and Huberman Lab

There is maby only a single hard wired (genetic) human behavior. The tendency to good relations.
In some circumstances the acceptance of our society is achieved through caring for others.
In other circumstances one needs to be highly competitive to find others respect.
All other ideas byonde the tendency to want to be accepted is changable. And might mostly reflects the expectation from the people around.

Great to know the idea of data poisoning. Since AI-models are focusing on outliar behaviour, very small amount of data can meaningfully change a models behaviour.
Most helpful for people that still use legacy socialmedia and want to gain a bit more #freedom within it. Just hack those algorythms with datapoisoning.

Definitly true. The small actions of freedom are those which count. Paying in cash wherever possible is already a big move, that does not need too much effort in most places.
Clearly using even opensource money is even better. Every interaction counts.

I feel kind of buffeled to see this only now.
Dept is simply an other form of money expansion. Therefore a very small (around 10%) of money expansion happens through printing money.
The much bigger expansion is done by private banks through issuing credits to people and companies. And as lower the base rate, the more dept is created. The higher the base rate, the lower the newly issued credits.
