The biggest problem with Nostr right now is that we aren’t breaking any rules. The value and differentiator for decentralized networks is the “grey market.” BitTorrent taught us valuable lessons, and the most important is that something like Nostr will likely only get a huge network after we find something that people want, but aren’t allowed to have/access for whatever reason. Consider what you think it might be… 🤔

We are right in the middle of the slow motion collapse of all western fiat money… and most people have no idea. DOGE has its heart in the right place, but it can’t possibly cut enough to steer us off this course.

This includes clients that let me do this with other services, so @primal or @damus letting me click the link and sign in those to login to a service like @npub1n0st...k6h0 . I want to be able to do this with any client I use. This is such a huge UX improvement over the traditional web, and making this method easy to implement and widely available is about the lowest hanging fruit I could imagine right now for making the Nostr experience a step above the crap we deal with on the web today. My wife has followed dozens of couples (not to mention a few I know) who have cleaned up their diet (cut seed oils every last place you can), stopped drinking/smoking, removed the plethora of toxic chemicals in the typical household, stopped injecting themselves with bullshit every time a “healthcare” professional suggested it, and multi year fertility problems suddenly vanished. There was an awesome video from some random kids party (maybe high school or college, pretty sure it was young) and the video catches this girls reaction to it in slow motion and something about it was just awesome. It lights up the entire night sky, almost like its daylight for just a moment. I saved it thinking it would be cool to use for a project at some point, but it must have a generic name in my massive database of media because I spent probably 30-40 minutes looking and gave up. This is a much better way to put an argument I’ve been saying for a while. Making code easier to generate, will 10x the number of projects built, which will 10x the need for competent coders to find bugs, maintain the environment, test under other conditions, fill in the gaps for the poor context window or lack of creativity in the LLM.
