I used to be super wired at night (literally 10pm was peak work/idea hour) and it took me like 4 hours to actually feel "awake" in the morning. My wife put me onto light health as something I was completely neglecting, and the problem is gone... this is all i did.

A broad retrospective study cannot refute a randomized, placebo controlled trial. And its the exact sort of study that is very easy to manipulate. There are actually companies that do this as a marketing tool. They literally design retrospectives to give or present certain results from the outset. If you think you have proven something by pointing to a retrospective study and think this means we can just never do the actual placebo controlled trails (or ignore their results). Then you are explicitly rejecting good science because bad science justifies your bias.

The sudden rise of dementia and Alzheimer's in the 70's that continues to grow substantially to this day wasn't a random fluke...

It really is wild to me that the propaganda has been so strong that people literally think CO2 is bad for the environment. Even people trying to counter the idea, tacitly frame their position in this direction (like but methane is even worse!) to not cause outrage. CO2 is literally the only reason an environment exists. It is the literal life creator. It's like demonizing language itself as being "bad for communication."

#FreeSamourai πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ "Mr. President, this week, a man named Keoni Rodriguez is going to federal prison for creating crypto privacy software. The case was started under the Biden administration, but your DOJ kept it going and secured the conviction. A lot of people in crypto are saying that this man should be pardoned. Are you familiar with the case at all, or would you be interested to be there? I've heard about it. I'll look at it. Well, you think you should be pardoned? Sounds like it. Sounds like basically your question. Many people in... Rodriguez, we'll look at that, Pam. Okay? Let's take a look at it. You'll have to tell me. I don't know anything about it, but we'll take a look."
