Good morning Nostr 🌞 Today I got ambitious and took Princess Aurora out on a very short walk. It was perhaps not short enough. I feel terrible that she's not getting the good morning and evening walks she's used to, but at least we have a yard she can run around in. Nothing is more humbling than injury. I saw a woman out jogging, she did 10 hill sprints up my hill which is almost a vertical wall. In a different time I might have been sassy or dismissive but now all I can think is, that lady is better prepared for the coming collapse of civilization. How am I going to flee the drone attackers up and down this mountain range if I can hardly walk a puppy around the block 😭 I will say I am more inspired than I have been in years to get back into shape. Before getting hit by a car, I thought oh eventually I'll get in shape to be hot. Now I am starting to feel I urgently need to get in shape to be as badass as Sarah Conner.
