This is my latest video where I explore the phenomena that I’ve noticed as to why some transactions grossly overpay for Bitcoin transactions and also how fees work in the first place.

For nearly a decade, Mu’aawiyah has been advocating for how Bitcoin and Islamic finance should be at the forefront of how we engage in ethical business practices, financial sovereignty, and fairness. A prolific educator, serial entrepreneur, and visionary, he is currently developing tools to empower individuals and businesses to harness Bitcoin as an ethical means of commerce, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all. Mu’aawiyah is part of a growing movement reshaping global finance through a values-based lens, rooted in integrity and justice.
This is part 2 of our 40 Hadeeth of Imaam Nawawi series.
An interesting fun fact about ‘New Years’ celebrations. Something that may concern any Jew, Christian or Muslim out there, or even an atheist who thinks he is ‘irreligious’ or rejects religiosity.
Here is my latest collection of fatwas on Bitcoin & related topics having a closer look. I wanted to issue fataawa that were based both on Islamic knowledge and the correct understanding of Bitcoin & how I works.

Another more detailed follow up to my previous video about ETH staking. It seems as though some Etherians weren’t happy with my conclusion and had some objections. Let’s see if there are any validity to these objections.
I was asked for further clarity on my view on staking; in specific as it relates to Ethereum. So let’s dig deeper
This argument I hear often. “We brought civilisation to the world!!” Oh is it? Let’s have a look
What is the active ingredient in our actions? Whether one receives reward for it or punishment?
HahHhHahahaha
I don’t know what this is about, but he’s been accused of ‘Taqiyya’ over MAGA. Not sure how as I don’t follow news that closely but this pic just made me laugh. 😆

Iblees (Satan) sinned (when refusing to bow to Aadam) on his own due to his own sickness of pride and arrogance, whereas Aadam sinned only due to being convinced by Iblees that being sinful would benefit him and wasn’t that bad.
They are not the same.

I’ve decided to start back again my videos, primarily addressing questions and concerns ppl have, and what batter question to kickstart this off with than a question about “staking”.

I’ve been convinced by @Sooly⚡️سولي 🇱🇧🇧🇪🇦🇪🇦🇴 so give Nostr another try. I’ll hopefully keep up with this, as I’ve loved it before, so I’ll love it again
So here is my first ever Bitcoin transaction made from scratch using python 🐍. Coded myself using the book “programming Bitcoin” from @jimmysong . It’s a testnet transaction, so it’s not ‘real’ Bitcoin. Just a test version.

My latest video regarding the topic of Ribaa. I’m sure most of you know a lot about this topic already, but for those that don’t…

By the way…everyone is waiting for BTC to be worth $1m+ and some are getting impatient!! Well I have the solution for you…
A taxi ride for 30min in London or UAE is about £20-£30. But that same ride in Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand is £3.
A 3 bed flat in London, or Dubai is £1500-£2500 per month, whereas that same thing in many places is around £500-£750 per month.
A take away meal is £10 in the above lands but £3 in Indonesia or even cheaper.
It’s not just about ‘number go up’, you can also make ‘The other number go down’. We’re waiting for the Bitcoin upside, but maybe we need the fiat number to go down. This is also the case for places like El Salvador, Azerbaijan, Turkey and the list goes on.
Personally speaking one must be insane to want to life frugally stacking SATs living in the west and then want to eventually waste most of their days in those expensive locations anyway.
Only pay a premium if that location is premium, safe for your family and your wealth.
That’s not true at all. How about a dislike for injustice and exploitation? Or how about a disagreement that the ‘money they earned’ was earned ‘unjustly’?
😂 lol
I’ve been binging on socialist content 😂
The fundamental flaw in Sowell’s statement is the assumption that all of the money “you earned” is earned fairly.
How about if you cheated someone, took advantage of others, exploited someone vulnerable? Is it ‘socialism’ that is at fault here for not remaining quiet about it?
There is a fundamental flaw in capitalism (not suggesting socialism is without flaws also), is that the primary goal is the acquisition of profit and capital. That inherently leads to exploitation when exploitation is the only way to make a profit.
It also ignores the fact that the owners of capital have an advantage over those who don’t, and that with that wealth, they have the captaincy to influence the market in their favour. You can explain it away to be ‘crony capitalism’ but how can it be any other way without Islam?
Capitalism says nothing about morality, just a dawinian view of “dog eat dog” world. Make money at all cost. That, by definition, means exploitation is an inevitable end result. How can it be any other way without strict moral rules that prohibits exploitation.
The flaw of Lenin & Marxist socialism is the desire to remove private property as a whole (not personal property). Both sides miss the middle Path due to the absence of divine guidance.
