Virtuosity (1995) Review 🚨 Cotains a pinch of spoiler — especially if you are like me and save the genre, you don't wanna know shit about a movie before watching it!) 🚨 Just watched Virtuosity with Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe. Solid film. I really liked the core concept. Back in the day, this kind of AI seemed like pure science fiction. But having witnessed the power of AI today, I'd say it's not too far-fetched. That said, the film gets a little too over-the-top in the action scenes. I’m not a fan of moments where the hero dodges rifle bullets like he's invincible. Stuff like that breaks immersion and reminds you it’s just a movie. (It destroys suspension of disbelief.) There were also a few plot holes and rushed developments that left me wondering what just happened. Still, I'd give it a 6.5/10, and I'd say it's even rewatch-worthy. #Virtuosity #filmstr #filmreview
