Late gm nostr! It's been a busy week! Coop updates! Odie the duck has an eye infection that started a few days ago. I'm applying an antibiotic spray that should help her out. Picked up a fitbit air this morning to help me get back into working out. I definitely missed tracking all the data with my old Garmin vivo. Looking forward to more walks with Cal and disc golfing to get my cardio up. Hope everyone has a great Sunday and good recharge to get ready for the week.

Oof didn't get hardly any sleep last night. Here's to hoping the plants I call on today aren't running production 😂. That way I can at least find decent parking spots to help the day go by a little smoother 🙂. Coop Updates: This past week, I FINALLY patched the spot where the sneaky ducks had been escaping the run to play in the yard while I’m at work. It took me five weeks to find the leak, but ducks are definitely a different kind of smart than chickens! Egg production is dwindling a bit this year—about 30–40% of my hens are now four years old—but Sandy Rivers (my Orange Bitcoin Rooster) is still keeping everyone in line and happy. Bitcoin Updates: I had a great time grabbing some pizza for Bitcoin Pizza Day this past Friday. I’m fortunate to have a local Bitcoiner nearby who owns a pizza chain and accepts Bitcoin! Snagging an entire large pizza for ONLY 25,662 sats felt like a total bargain. Bitcoin Pizza day has marked a year since I purchased a Bitcoin miner from @rev.hodl to see if I could offset my furnace costs and save on propane throughout the winter. I am still in disbelief at how well that single miner performed; it cut my propane usage by approximately 55% and saved me the cost of an entire winter fill (roughly $850–$1,200) while hashing over 100k sats. Morning Nostr, happy Monday! Busy day ahead of me at work today. After work going to be gutting my old laptop to take the SSD in order to play Forza 6 when it releases tomorrow 😅. The SSD prices are insane, and I'm not about to drop $200 on a 1tb, when I paid $50 for it a couple of years ago.

GM Nostr! Nearing the end of the 4th week of trying to figure out how a couple ducks and ONLY a couple ducks, no chickens are escaping the run. Awhile back I realized they knew the garage door sound and would quack all excited because they knew I was up and getting ready to feed them or I was returning from work. I'm working from home today, so the garage door is still closed and everyone is in the run still ... I think they're waiting for me to leave for the day, THEN escaping. We shall see, I'm keeping my eye on them today. Hope y'all have a great Friday!

Oof Monday sure came fast! Busy weekend went well though. Kenzie the duck seems to be doing better 🙌🏻. Got the startings of my hifi system up and running over the weekend. Took a trip to a record store, somewhat near me (everything is kinda far away when you live out in the boonies) and found some good vinyl to start the ol' collection. Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a good start to the week 😊.

Power is back but zaps aren't going through for me this morning. Hopefully things get sorted out on minibits/nwc 🤷‍♂️ who tf knows 😂
