This is kefir. It lives on the counter and is basically the milk version of a Tamagotchi needing daily feeding. It's super alive and vibrant with probiotics and is amazing for gut health. You don't even have to do anything weird with it! Just eat it and the probiotics make their way to all the "target areas" in your gut.

Starting the day slow in bed, watching the lambs playing through the window as the sun rises and drinking coffee made for me by someone who loves me, with raw milk and honey harvested from our farm feels like winning.
