I am having a problem seeing the future.
Rules without rulers I can’t imagine. The only example in my mind is the Wild West. So an inner city apartment building that has a rule for eviction gathers residents to form an eviction posse?
Or is a non corruptible government in place? ;)
I can never see a future where power is formed by rules formulated by wealth and influence.
