What a blessing, to come and resume my broken Ashtanga Yoga primary series practice, after several years (parenting and 9-5-ing is hard). Even without an instructor, I'll make the commitment to continue. There is no second best exercise to mind and body.
Having my 6 yo daughter's schoolmate, while in a play date afternoon at the park, propose to her (start talking about ceremony and all) was *not* in my bingo card for the day. GM
