Some days are just really good. Bucket filling, all the love languages filled for those near and dear to me, mine included.

Some days, you just have to make the good. But, when it happens organically I wish I could bottle it up to pour out on everyone I come in contact with. So they too, can pay it forward.

One of the heavier weeks of life. One that had two funerals, both under 50, and a coffee social that included an acquaintance with a muscular degenerative disease, also under 50.

Don’t ever take your health for granted, folks. You can have it all. All the riches and fancies, all the normal everyday, but if you don’t have your health, you’re reduced to dependency so so quickly.
Practise gratitude on the daily.
And call your mom for no reason.
