Today I made cucumber spaghetti with leaf radishes, asparagus, kale, tomatoes, onions, and avocado. Plus, white and black sesame seeds and a super delicious sauce made with sesame paste (tahini), lemon juice, tamari, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, garlic, and ginger 🤗 really, really delicious!
Ah, and the second photo is reality 😅 First, stir everything together, then eat it 😍

Good morning Nostr Fam 💜 🌞
Finally stocked up for the week yesterday :) All organic vegetables and fruits. 3 melons, lots of bananas (some of which I froze for nice-cream), peaches, apples, lemon, kiwi, mango, strawberries, avocados, kale, cucumbers, shiitake, carrots, beets, tomatoes, broccoli, asparagus, celery, physalis, radish, cauliflower and so on...
For dinner, I made cucumber spaghetti with cashew and sunflower seed mayonnaise and pesto. Added a little corn, peas and dulce (algae), lemon juice, salt and flaxseed oil.
So delicious and it feels so light, yet so filling. Eat the rainbow colours and you have all the nutrients your cells need to thrive ;)

Long weekend and one idea leads to the next...
Everything is connected, and so the whole thing gradually becomes more complete – and simply more harmonious.
Last two days I have been creating fabric bags for the herbal eye masks – also handmade with lots of love.
The bags are made from carefully selected fabric scraps and therefore always have a new, unique design. This makes each piece a little one-of-a-kind 🧵
So today I'll be working on taking photos and writing short texts for the new fabric bags on my website, uploading them, and maybe writing a newsletter.
I'm also considering putting together a package that includes the mask and a cloth bag. This way, customer can decide whether they want the package or just the mask. Or just the bag :D
I'm looking forward to new orders!
