Herbal eye mask for a customer. She said I should intuitively make the blend for her. I don't know her well. My intuition called for flowers. So it is a mixture of lavender, rose, chamomile and marigold (calendula). All biologically dried flowers!

Yesterday in the wintergarden, which is currently my eco-friendly dehydrator 😆, I made delicious seed bread. Truly nutritious. I soaked whole seeds and kernels in water overnight and let them sprout slightly. I mixed in ground flaxseed and sprouted oat flakes and formed them into slices.
Dried for 8 hours at +/- 39°C to 41°C...(that's how hot it got in the wintergarden) on a rack.
Enjoying with raw homemade pesto, cucumber, alfalfa and mustard sprouts 💚🌱

Today's salad: Carrot salad with hemp and sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, and a little avocado oil. Garnished with marinated raw mushrooms and avocado on dark purple lettuce leaves. Sprinkled with a little corn and chili powder and finished with fresh sunflower sprouts.
Look at this explosion of color and flavour!

Two days ago, I went for an evening walk with my furry companion ... it's simply too hot for walks during the day at the moment.
I came across a bush that instantly caught my attention! Just look at those red thorns and the tiny hairs on the stems and thorns 😍
