For my birthday I received such a beautiful card and thoughtful gift from my new team. feeling grateful that they have accepted me as the person that I am and as their new team leader. The greeting card is made from 100% recycled natural paper and can be planted...flowers should then grow from it! They know I love plants 😅🌱

It has been a very tough week…human wise… I don’t know much about astrology, but I’m sure, that this must have influenced a lot in The interpersonal aspect. Misunderstandings, feeling attacked easily, etc., quite a challenge… on the other hand, people have also shown their maturity. Ready to negotiate, ready to reflect and listen, to learn, to set boundaries, to communicate, to connect from the heart, even when feeling hurt. Grateful for all the people who reflect my own patterns back to me 🪬

Today was a special day and nothing excited happened…a very calm and lovable day 💖 That’s what I needed. I spoiled myself and my love with a homemade raw vegan tiramisu made from scratch and “sushi” made with chickpeas and zucchini and lots of veggies and sprouts, with a tomato tahini dip. A blue lemonade and some grapes. GN Nostr 💜

Yesterday I made cucumber and carrot spaghetti with some diced bell pepper and a super delicious sauce made with tomatoes, tahini, fresh garlic, lemon juice, and a little salt. Then I topped it with a kind of parmesan made from ground cashew nuts, salt, and nutritional yeast. And of course, sprouts are never missing in my meals. Absolutely delicious! My dad brought me the cucumbers from his garden.

When you're in an elevator or train compartment with strangers for a short time, shouldn't there automatically be a feeling of connection? But somehow everyone acts like everyone else is invisible. No hello, no goodbye... everyone either stares blankly into space or stares at their phone. I find it rather disconcerting. In the countryside, people are more likely to greet each other or thank the bus driver when getting off. In the city, I get strange looks when I say hello or thank you. But I think being seen sparks a connection and a feeling of gratitude. Isn't that what we all want? Let’s see each other more often🕊️ #foodforthought
