AI has gotten super fast and great at building websites but I'm out of ideas of websites to build because the old internet of websites is dead. AI has basically killed many websites because there is no need to visit 99% of websites anymore. I get all my answers from AI. Maybe instead of building websites I could use AI to build me some sort of indestructible house.

There's this house.. been on the market for over 90 days. During those 90 days, They had 3 open house. They finally lowered it 10k. Then the selling contract expired. The house comes back on the market a few days and they have another open house. The price of the house is 540k. The other sellers trying to sell their homes around the same neighborhood and have finally stopped being delusional and are now selling their homes around 480k but the houses are still not selling. oh my goodness..

X recently updated the app. It has some new features like filters, topics but still junk and not very useful. I'm still not getting a subscription.

YouTube's algorithm seems to be showing me channels that barely have any subscribers and most of them are about the content creator talking about them having a rough life, in debt, old and nothing to show for. The majority of them seems to people who bought at the peak of the housing market, developers who got laid off and can't find a job and old people who lost everything, broke and can't retire. This is the fiat world that Bitcoin is trying to fix.

Here's a good video/poem I found of a Chinese girl who got brainwashed by the mortgage industry to buy an overpriced home, enslave herself. She is one of the people who bought at the peak and now is in negative equity. It's not completely her fault. The mortgage industry preys on the world by using our own money in the banks, to run this global ponzi scheme and enslave and bankrupt everyone. I bought a second-hand apartment full of laws. The walls were cracked and peeling in big junks. I had to patch up all these issues with my own hands looking at my dust-covered hands and broken walls. I sometimes drift into a daze: Did I really exhaust all my youth just to end up with a broken home like this? I didn't have prior-experience. I thought rolling the wall a few times would work but the wall ended up bumpy so I bought a line plaster to smooth it out. now, property values have crashed by half. The remaining mortgage is vastly higher than the apartments actual value but a bottomless pit of debt. I spent 10 years not buying an asset. I used to live frugal because I had hope. Now, I even paint the front door myself just to survive miserably under this endless loan. I'm used to going out of my way to shop at remote shabby-looking markets. seeing myself heckling over pennies breaks my heart. Nothing turned out as I expected. Many people asked me: Why is a 35-year-old single girl so obsessed with buying an apartment completely alone? why not get married? why choose to suffer so much just to have a corner of my own here? Maybe it's because behind my own choice there are secrets I've never shared with anyone. These stories... I will slowly tell you about them in my future videos.
