This woman, who sent a total of 800k to a man she had never met, did so because she believed he was in trouble and because she was in love with him. Despite being deceived, she now blames the bank for not protecting her and is demanding a refund.
Now, at 75 years old, she will have to return to work as a consultant. It's ironic, considering the role she once held in advising others, yet failed to protect herself from such a large-scale scam.
