People keep asking why I don't have a last name.. When I was born, my parents couldn't agree whether I should take my dad's last name or my mom's... so they accidentally never gave me one. I think I finally solved it. Take the first 3 letters of Dad's last name + the first 3 letters of Mom's last name and combine them into a brand-new family name. I told my parents and they thought it was an excellent idea. Now I just need them to tell me what their last names are.. They keep changing the subject whenever I ask.

I would never buy a premium domain. Just invent a new word that sounds close to the word you wanted.

The women taking the mans last name after marriage is an outdated tradition. You should encourage your wife to keep her last name. It makes no sense in this modern age for the women to suddenly change their last name just because they got married, especially after they've built their identity around their last name

When a couple has a baby you should merge the man and woman's last name, first 3 letters of both last names for the baby's last name. James Smith+Maria Rodriguez = Smirod What's the point of this? Well the old tradition of taking only the father's last name is outdated. The baby should carry the mom's legacy too, plus, It would solve the issue of too many people having the same last names. Smith is a common name in the US. The baby would be the only Smirod in the whole country. Very unique.

Reminder that you can watch my past live streams on rumble. It's too expensive to host them myself and requires too much HD space so I freeload off rumble. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Sometimes I get lazy or forget to upload them so not all of them are there. https://rumble.com/user/mar101xy

I like rewatching my livestreams that I upload to rumble after I finish live streaming. I've realized how important the chat comments are in the recordings because they let me follow along with the conversation. Without the comments, the recorded stream feels lifeless and empty.

I wonder what would be possible with Cloudflare's idea. Anyone know? Pay to register? I already implemented that on my forum. You need to pay 21 sats in order to register to my forum. Works great. No more spammers. I read some comments on X that people are upset about them choosing stablecoins and not visa. Everything leads to Bitcoin! Visa is afraid. View quoted note โ†’

It's sucks that we can't rely to voice notes with text like every other note. On Amethyst it's impossible, I checked primal and it doesn't even show the voice note. I believe voice notes would be more popular if we could respond with text like a normal note. She said other clients allow us to respond via text so I suspect eventually all clients will allow it. In Canada, I had no idea how extreme the housing market became during the covid plandemic. Buyers were outbidding each other by outrageous amounts just to purchase a home. Now, many homeowners can no longer afford their mortgage payments when it's time to renew. As a result, they're being forced to sell, but many sellers still seem to believe their homes are worth peak-pandemic prices. Properties often sit on the market for 80 days or more, with sellers making small price reductions of $5,000, then later $10,000 or even $25,000, yet many still struggle to attract buyers because their house price is still massively inflated. I think a lot of people have been distracted by Netflix or relying on mainstream media, believing the economy is doing well, while they don't realize how bad the Canadian economy is. According to several online podcasters, many homeowners also took out HELOCs (Home Equity Lines of Credit), allowing them to borrow against the increasing value of their homes. Many assumed housing prices would continue rising indefinitely, so they borrowed more, expecting their home equity to keep growing. I had no idea this was happening. I didn't realize how many people were buying homes at inflated prices or even that HELOCs existed. Looking at the situation today, it seems the Canadian housing market has become a massive mess, with some homeowners facing serious financial hardship and, in some cases, bankruptcy.
