Brought myself a new domain and a years worth of webhosting so I've got a proper space to put the web app I've been #vibecoding on Claude. It's just a standard client, but it's gonna be mine, built the way I imagine it, for me. If anyone else ever ends up liking it, great, if not, who cares. This shit is fun.

I've done a massive unfollow recently as I'd been far too enthusiastic with the follow button. Today and yesterday I caught a couple of people I recognise and refollowed because when scrolling the follow list on Amethyst profiles don't always load and if I see a npub with no info, I've clicked the button. So far this does appear to have improved my user experience, subjectively speaking. However if I've unfollowed you and shouldn't have, I'm sure I'll find you again.

This seems like a reasonable take to me. Bitcoin is and has always been about the disintermediation of the central banking cartel. It's not here to take on the likes of Dropbox. If you want data storage, use that. We're not going to get another shot at this. The desire to keep adding more amd more features is utter shitcoinery, imo.
