GM #nostr - not as New Year Resolution, but extending the range of exercises the physio gave me. Realised, getting through 2025, that I was getting weaker and having issues I'd not had before. Made dietary changes, sorted one issue out. Proven I can still adapt. So I'll do the same thing here. Over the next three months I'm going to slowly push myself further and further. Gonna hold myself accountable before my friends, community and before God 🙏 I'm not going to allow myself to become feeble at my tender age.

A USB powered heated vest is probably one of the greatest things I've ever brought. Not gonna lie, this thing makes walking around in negative temps much more comfortable. Good bed warmer in the evening too 😀

Working on @Plume and fixed an issue where the discovery carousel wasn't being injected in the feed when returning, only on log in. Need to add content filters to the discovery carousel too, as noticed certain content types appearing which is less than ideal. Simple nsfw filter will do it. Not blocking. Next aim is to add nostr apps to discovery and create a new carousel for them, perhaps. The aim is to make finding other content and tools as easy as possible while browsing.

A summary of my 2025. Didn't meet all goals and expectations. Exceeded some. Did things I hadn't anticipated. All in all, a good year. Plan is to continue to work through next year to increase savings, increase skills and experience, increase fitness. Will also be Baptised in the new year, either end of January or mid April. 2026 in the UK is going to be interesting. Digital IDs and a potential registering to use a VPN. Both crappy ideas that can fuck right the fuck off. I'd sooner go without the Internet and live off scraps off the damn land.
