It's a sunny but cool day. I *could* do as I said I would, amd crack on with the projects, or I *could* go and sit on the beach and absorb some more UV while the opportunity presents. Choices, choices...
It's getting apocalyptic. AI is making the world very interesting. image
GM #nostr - woke up in town this morning, unfortunately. Neighbour one side with a crappy AI voice reading a story out and the other side blaring out crap music, all at 0615. I much prefer my own place where I wake up and it's generally kind of peaceful. At least when it's noisy it's nature making the racket.

Gmail just refused to let me log in via Brave browser due to issues with my cookie settings. Lol. Fuck you Google.
The other day I contacted my GP through their new online booking service. I got a link and an invite to book an appointment. The appointment is over a month away. The UK is so fucked. View quoted note โ†’
GM #nostr โ˜•๏ธ Hope y'all have a lovely Tuesday. It's raining here. Grim AF. I miss summer.

Turned up at the GP this morning. Got the date wrong. It's Monday 5th October. So, over a month to get an appointment. Fuck it. I'll just have to up the pain killers. Not what I want, but they're leaving me little choice. Now back to the boat. Get existing meds. Do repairs. Tell press to fuck off. Sorted. Happy Monday.
Last night was interesting. Checked on the boat this morning. Seems okay. Loads of police down there, including plain clothes, home office gimps, as well as a smashed up home office vehicle. Press down there too. They'll be told to fuck off if theyre still there later. What a shit show. #Portsmouth

No way through and now they're forming another line, pushing people back up the road who, I assume got around when the tide went out. Lots and lots of people about. Lots of people bringing supplies. View quoted note โ†’
