The amount of people looking at houses right now is abysmal.
Entry level condos averaging 2 showings per week seems common downtown.
Only reason prices haven’t fallen is because there is also no supply. People who bought a home at a 3% interest rate can’t afford the same priced home if they move.
Is #clubhouse unusable now?
At these prices, 1/42M of the supply (half coin) can be purchased in less than 2 years by DCAing $20/day.
