Currently managing assisted pull-ups with a 35kg weight. I weigh approx 75kg, so I'm pulling up 40kgs. Can anyone advise whether it's reasonable to aim for a fully unassisted pull up within the next year? I've only started weight training in the last 6 months and pull up training last week. I don't want to push myself too close to injury but I want those gains. #asknostr
