I have quit my gym membership in favour of doing all of my training at home with kettlebells, heavy clubs and a pull up bar.
The gym floor was dominated by cardio machines and people with headphones on mechanically moving isolated body parts on machines.
None of it feels anywhere near as good as swinging iron around in the sun
