Took my new Hoka’s out for a Sunday morning spin.
Trying to improve my running form and move from heel striking to forefoot striking. Went well today 💪

Struggling with, on one hand knowing that Bitcoin is going to go up forever, and on the other seeing it happening.
Just can't reconcile the two. I feel deeply uncomfortable watching the price rise
Watching Britain’s political class tear itself to pieces over some comments by Elon Musk whilst the actual public have to make choices about whether to buy food or use the heating in their house is a perfect encapsulation of what’s wrong with this country.
If performative outrage paid the bills, we’d be fucking rolling around in cash.
Sad to see. I shall however continue to stay humble and stack sats about it

RIP David Lynch
Words fail me. Such a massive influence on my life.
He’ll be sorely missed

Watching Bitcoin breakthrough $100,000 never gets boring

Sent @Jeff Booth's latest video with Natalie Brunel to a friend who’s been in the cusp of swallowing the orange pill for a while, and it’s pushed him over the edge.
Feels so great, he is now frantically trying to figure out how to get to 1 Bitcoin.
Damn I feel so lucky and blessed
He should consider staying humble and stacking sats

I’ll save you the money. Every single fucking road in this stupid fucking country is riddled with them

Currently managing assisted pull-ups with a 35kg weight.
I weigh approx 75kg, so I'm pulling up 40kgs.
Can anyone advise whether it's reasonable to aim for a fully unassisted pull up within the next year?
I've only started weight training in the last 6 months and pull up training last week. I don't want to push myself too close to injury but I want those gains.

Is there a word for being between ‘fiat slave’ and ‘retired’.
About being in a place where you can choose what you want to do each day, and you choose to work on fulfilling things rather than the cliche of retiring to potter about in a house waiting for death
