LMFAO 3 failed CIA missions, a few dead operators, failed sanctions, failed boat attacks, pressure from adversaries. The ONLY reason imo that the USA attacked was because of China's strong arm exercise around Taiwan. But let's be fucking real, the USA failed for two years straight trying to flip or capture Maduro.
