Have worked in corporate or government IT for over two decades and these things usually boil down to clueless C-Suite MBAs that love to say IT is nothing more than a cost center and never consider that it is a revenue multiplier and reputation protector. As a Fidelity customer, only 77k out of 51 million accounts is a drop in the bucket but the number should be zero. It certainly doesn't instill confidence in me regarding any other technical controls and safeguards they have in place.

Anyone want to guess how many millions of people have been put on unnecessary drugs because of this?
