There has been a lot of talk about how SaaS is going to die because of AI. The reality is some will but some are fighting fire with fire. First, if you've ever worked in large scale corporate or government IT, you know how entrenched it can get and how difficult it would be to switch. It can take months of enterprise review boards and change control meetings just to get a fucking field added to a form. Second, some SaaS providers are giving significant discounts in exchange for signing long term contracts. Some are bundling new shiny AI modules into existing licensing agreements and some are even providing hundreds of professional development hours to implement so they can sink their hooks in deeper which then goes back to my first point. They are not going down without a fight. Source: Me. I've seen two very large publicly traded companies do this within the last 6 months.

Felt cute… can’t delete later. Haven’t taken a physique picture in awhile. 208 this morning. Been trying to grow my shoulders and it’s been slow going. Drop your favorite delt exercises in my comments so I can add some variety. image

I posted this a little bit ago to Pledditor on Twatter regarding the whole Bitcoin Core vs BIP110 drama: "Side pivot, if you'd humor me. Toss Knots/BIP110 out of the discussion. My bigger concern at this point is that the changes in v30 essentially ushered more economic activity to be pushed from L1 to L2s. Don't know if you pay attention to ETH, but because of their "move fast and break things" approach they went down the L2 road and now you have Vitalik essentially admitting that was a colossal mistake and wants to bring everything back to L1. Because we move at a glacial pace, I feel like Bitcoin's recent changes have just now charted our course for what ETH has just gone through. These changes feel like Bitcoin is cementing L1 to be digital gold and nothing more. Long term, is that enough to sustain L1 defenses save for some breakthrough in energy production that truly democratizes hashing or makes OpEx trivial?" I think you could make the case the Taproot/Segwit upgrade was a result of self interests that were wanting to steal economic activity away from the main chain and I firmly believe the v30 updates are more of the same. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

Did anyone catch this gem from Elon Musk late last night? "That's why I say the system won't use dollars as currency in the future. Just mass and energy." I know mass means physical commodities but only if there were a hard money based on energy in existence. Think about the possibilities. Happy Friday the 13th. Stay humble and stack sats or I'm sending your ass to Camp Crystal Lake. image

For the peptide crew out there. I started a new cycle this past Monday after being off my previous cycle for about a month or so. During my break, I also indulged on all of the foods I never routinely eat -- mainly carby shit like pizza, sweets, etc. This go round I have added Retatrutide and Tesamorelin to the Wolverine stack -- BPC-157 and TB-500 for those not privy. Will be running the four for 10 weeks. While I was off, I had some nagging muscular and joint pain return. Most likely due to the increased sugar intake and it spiking inflammation markers. Hoping the combo can make quick work of that. Started at 214 on Monday and have already shed the water weight as ketosis effects hit during my leg day yesterday.

If there is one thing that irks the hell out of me from "Bitcoiners" is the whole wishing for lower prices so they can accumulate more. That is peak TradFi behavior and cope from those that didn't take the last decade plus to build a position. Bitcoin cannot advance its mission pussyfooting around at lower prices. It needs to be much higher to be able to actually be seen/used an inflation hedge, used by countries to settle trade, etc. I'm not here to fuck about in the existing system especially when history shows all these LARPers don't buy at lower prices, either.

For a season that was meant to install Ben Johnson's philosophy and culture, the Bears punched above their weight all season long despite endless injuries and being outmatched talent wise. Now the real work begins. The GM has to retool the defense on the fly and now take another hard look at the offensive line with the Trapillo injury. Very few people come back from the injury he has. You essentially have a couple years left on Caleb's rookie deal and that is the typical window before you're forced to pay your QB 25-33% of the cap. Now if DJ would have only given max effort on that last route...

I really need a solution to be able to filter out news, rss, and other bots. Every time I try to find to search content from PEOPLE to interact with, all I get returned is shit from those accounts. It's a miserable user experience.
