Haven’t done a physique update in awhile. Down to 207 pounds. With the weight loss, all of my lift numbers are down but I’ve transitioned to bodybuilding over powerlifting philosophies this past year. I rarely bench over 225, I stop my squat at 405 now, and I quit deadlifting altogether. Probably better for me long term with 50 knocking on the door. My diet is pretty simple -- It's mainly meat or any and all protein I can get. Outside of that, the keto nut mix from Costco is one of my go to snacks. Still experimenting with peptides as well... right now I'm on week five running the KLOW stack and have been researching all of the newer stuff being reported on.

Took a weekender to Sedona. One of the most gorgeous spots in the US that I've travelled to. Also, was told it was super expensive and people that visit there must not ever hit major cities.

Saw Fortune Feimster last night at the Palazzo. Third time seeing her and mostly crowd work this time around. Think this makes comedy show 17 this year. Really need to document them all.

So Chorus is suffering from what many of the various apps suffer from -- I'm going to call it "The Silo of Loneliness." What made a platform like Facebook great, or what X is aspiring to be, is you can find everything within one interface. We're seeing users not interested in jumping between apps so they'll start off with a bang and then just fizzle out. Would like to see something built that incorporates the best app of each class into one platform. Basically we need the Nostr version of Voltron.
