It’s so cool seeing things I grew this summer turned into great meals. My wife baked the garden ingredients, then immersion blended oregano, basil, olive oil, feta cheese and chicken broth for one deadly tomato basil soup. The finished product looks pretty plain and I got too busy eating it to bother with a final shot of a boring looking bowl of soup. But yeah, good stuff.
