Used a ChatGPT training plan for a 5K training cycle. Seemed pretty effective. Went from a base of 2 miles in 18:24 to a full 5K run in 22:28. Goal was sub 22, but that was a long shot, especially since I averaged about 6 hours of sleep a night. Probably with a few more months of training could get that run time sub 21:00. Not too bad for a 46 year old dude. This week started training for a Murph on Memorial Day for a fundraiser. Should go well, but those squats wreck that last mile for sure.

All my coworkers are wondering what in the actual hell our government is doing. It’s complete madness. Not a single person I know is supportive of any of this BS. I wouldn’t consider any of them even well informed about the current state of affairs, but it’s permeated the normie world now. Have barely been able to sleep the last few days and it’s getting worse. God help us.
