Electric Toothbrushes? A BIG No Bueno. And before you say, “But wait, they run on DC, and you said DC fields are safe” Yes, they do work on DC But.. Because it has a motor It creates AC magnetic fields.. not DC magnetic fields. BOOM! image

WiFi extenders? Worst invention ever. A WiFi extender/repeater isn’t just “1 more router” It literally mirrors the radios of your main router. Your main WiFi router usually has 2 radios. Add an extender. It also has 2 radios (2.4 + 5 GHz) So now instead of 2 transmitters in your space, You’ve got 4 separate RF transmitters blasting. And it doesn’t stop there. The latest WiFi 7 standard unlocks the 6 GHz band too. So now 1 router can run 3 radios at once - 2.4 GHz - 5 GHz - 6 GHz Imagine adding an extender to that. Now you don’t just have 3 radios, You have 6x transmitters blasting all the time. That’s way more artificial signals than your body was ever built to handle. and this is just the Routers & Extenders.. Add in your Cellphones, AirPods, Smart watches More & more Intracellular dehydration More & more activation of VGCCs in the cells More & more weakening of Blood-Brain-Barrier, blood-ocular/placenta/testis/CFS/skin/barrier & influx of toxins MORE Sickness. MORE Chronic health problems that no one can explain. This is all compounding faster than the speed of light. Meanwhile, Big Tech keeps pushing SMART upgrades you don’t actually need. And the truth is, you’ll probably keep buying because the same blue-flickering screen you’re staring at right now was designed to make you.

🚨Germany’s Radiation Authority just dropped a bombshell🚨 The Biggest survey ever on Magnetic fields (nnEMF) from electric & hybrid cars. Almost a Million measurements. Thirteen Cars. What they found should make anyone think twice🧵 The 2025 study (463 pages) by the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) carried out a series of measurements & simulations to assess Magnetic field exposure in 13 vehicles: 11 electric (EV) & 2 plug-in hybrids (PHEV) ↓ Let’s start with the basics. Magnetic fields are measured in microtesla (µT) Most health research shows risks starting at just 0.3–0.4 µT linked to childhood leukemia, dementia, ALS and miscarriage. So how did the EVs do? 1/ Normal driving During “gentle” driving, the fields inside the cabin measured 2–10.5 µT That’s already 5–25x higher than the level where health risks show up. And that’s the baseline.. before you even hit the accelerator. 2/ Acceleration & Braking When the car was pushed harder, Magnetic fields surged. Most spikes were around 90 µT But the worst recorded peak were as high as 900 µT (9000 mG) These bursts were concentrated near the legs & feet. So the most dangerous exposures DON'T EVEN “count” under official rules. Right above motors and high-voltage cables. 3/ Most people assume it’s only the motor or battery causing fields. But the study found heaters, fans, seat warmers, dashboards, infotainment systems all contributing. In some cases, cars hit 100 µT while just sitting parked with accessories running. Translation: you don’t need to be driving to get exposed. 4/ The researchers also measured trains, trams and subways. Some showed high fields, but EVs and hybrids had sharper, nastier spikes.. sudden bursts that happen again and again. So while public transport can be bad, Your private car might be worse in terms of spikes. Safety Standards: ICNIRP 2010: says the cars are “safe” but these limits only cover acute nerve effects. Chronic exposure isn’t considered. ICNIRP 1998: Stricter and several EVs already broke those limits. Precautionary guidelines: like 0.4 µT used in Europe for leukemia risk? EVs blew past those hundreds of times over. 5/ Safety Standards Current testing standards don’t even measure spikes shorter than 200 milliseconds. But that’s exactly the type of surge EVs produce every time you accelerate/brake. ... EVs aren’t going anywhere. But neither are the magnetic fields inside them. This study proves we can’t ignore the health side. We need: Better testing. Stronger standards. & Real talk about long-term exposure.

If myelin really is the brain’s proton capacitor then nnEMFs could be draining the charge before it even builds Maybe that’s why so many people wake up tired. You can’t recharge on a broken hardware.

Our biology is designed to work perfectly with — Sunlight ☀️ (250-3100 nm) — Geomagnetic field 🧲(0.25 to 0.65 gauss) — Schumann resonance ⚡(7.83 Hz & harmonics) All you need to do is GO OUTSIDE. image

Here’s a quick hack to check if 5G is truly off on your phone For iPhone users: → Go to your keypad → Type *3001#12345#* → If it says LTE You’re on 4G, the 5G radio isn’t being used. → If it says NR (New Radio) or NR-SA / NR-NSA. That’s true 5G. For most Androids: Type: *#*#4636#*#* Go to Phone Information, scroll down You’ll see which network type is active (LTE, NR etc) For most Samsung’s: Dial *#0011# If none of the above works, Download Network Signal Info/NetMonster from Play Store. image

Disconnection from the Geomagnetic fields 🧲puts electron loss on pedestal. Fastest way to Mental illnesses & cancer. Just look at Pilots & flight attendants. They're the most disconnected humans alive. At 35,000 ft: — Unplugged from Geomagnetic fields — Cosmic radiation overload — Artificial light cycles — Broken circadian clocks Highest cancer risk of any job. Not an accident. image

Someone asked: "Anyway to limit 5G? I live far enough away from a tower. But, these things are everywhere." My answer : 5G uses advanced tech like phased array antennas (made by many mini antennas) combined with Beamforming By adjusting the phase & amplitude of signals, they can steer the beam electronically without physically moving the antenna. This lets 5G concentrate its energy in narrow beams. That's why 1. Stay away from packed areas where everyone & their dog is glued to their 5G devices 2. Turn off the 5G on your cellphone

Your home DOES NOT need a Tri-band router. 1 band router → 1 RF transmitter Dual-band → 2 transmitters Tri-band (2.4 + 5 + 6 GHz) → 3 transmitters Quad-band WiFi 7 → 4 transmitters That’s 4 radios blasting 24x7 For 99% of households, A simple router is enough. 2.4 GHz to go farther, 5 GHz to go faster. End of story. PS : Use ETHERNET for even FASTER internet + No RF radiation. image

The higher up you stay in a population dense city The higher your RF radiation exposure. Higher floors provide direct access to signals, making them clearer but also increasing the amount of wireless RF radiation you're being exposed to image

Is your sleeping area clean from wireless RF radiation? <0.01 mW/m² is the standard you should aim for

Sleeping on a bed designed to mitigate electromagnetic exposure..for just 2 months was associated with: Stronger immune responses Reduced oxidative and inflammatory stress A notable reversal in calculated biological age The placebo group experienced no such benefits, suggesting that the insulation technology may play a key role. image

22% more RF radiation absorption in the balls due to a ring in the pocket. and that’s just 1 piece of small metal. Now think braces, fillings, implants, stents, piercings, tattoos All of them can bend, focus & amplify wireless RF radiation right into tissue No one talks about this image

Avoid metal in the bed/mattress when possible because 1. Metal can distort the Earth’s DC magnetic field 2. Metal can increase coupling to AC electric fields from wiring, potentially raising “body voltage" 3. Metal in the bed CAN act like an antenna for RF A Spring mattress is roughly the same scale as an FM half-wave antenna. So in theory, this means it can resonate/re-radiate some RF. image

Always OPT OUT of the 5G mmWave body scanner at the airport. How? Just you say you’ve a skin condition that flares up with electromagnetic exposure. In most countries, you legally have the right to opt out & get a pat down instead. image
