You've never seen such a sight in your life. Scientists transformed ordinary mice into fierce predators using a technique called Optogenetics, where they control neurons with light (blue light here) When the light was OFF, the mice were calm, even avoiding prey But with the blue light ON? They aggressively attacked and even beheaded crickets & bit hard on toy prey. If a beam of blue light can switch aggression on and off in a mammal, Imagine what unfiltered blue light from your screens is doing to you.

LED lights are making us sick, blind & quietly wrecking our hormones. It's time we switch back to Sunlight, Candles & Incandescent bulbs. Yes, LEDs are super energy-efficient, upto 95% more efficient than incandescent bulbs but have you ever thought what exactly are we trading for those savings? Is saving a few dollar off your electricity bill really worth messing with your circadian rhythm, your mood, your sleep & your hormones? Blue light isn’t the villain when it comes from the sun because nature never gives it alone. It’s always wrapped inside a full spectrum of wavelengths that keep your body balanced. In isolation from all the other colors, blue light damages our retinas & disrupts our endocrine systems, resulting in physical and mental problems. Cool LED bulbs emit more blue light than warm LED bulbs because of the high color temperature But the label “WARM” can be deceptive. Warm LEDs give out a warmer “looking” light because the blue light is masked with a yellow or orange filter, but they DO NOT emit a RED wavelength. When you’re shopping for bulbs, Check the Color Rendering Index (CRI). Sunlight is the gold standard with a CRI of 100 and so are incandescent bulbs & candles. If you have to go with LED lights, choose ones with a CRI as close to 100 as possible. Pay attention to flickering because many LEDs tend to have a high flicker rate. Also, keep in mind those electromagnetic fields (nnEMF) All LEDs emit high dirty electricity that rides along your wiring and leaks into your living space as invisible electrical noise. Most people never think about it but your nervous system absolutely does. This constant background stress chips away at your sleep quality, your recovery, your focus & your overall resilience. This holiday season Get yourself an EMF meter 1. Safe & Sound Pro II Best RF meter under $500. Quite accurate in measuring RF fields upto the microwatt. 2. Trifield TF2 A decent 3-in-1 meter that measures RF, AC electric & magnetic. Has a 3-axis gaussmeter (great for AC magnetic) 3. Envirosens RD-100 Another decent 3-in-1 meter that measures RF, AC electric & magnetic. Has a dedicated screen to display the duty cycle of the RF radiation. 4. EMFields PF5 Pocket meter Measure AC electric & magnetic Best thing about this meter is the range. It can measure from 20 Hz to well over 50 kHz. Not many meters can. 5. Mitometer 2 The best 3-in-1 meter you can get. Has LED’s that glow up when depending on how high the radiation is. It’s super portable and I always carry it on me. 6. Vitamin A traps Blue light. Vitamin D traps UV light. The Blood loads up on Red light. All of these factors need to be in order to perform life’s quantum dance. Supplementing with Vitamin D can increase your need for Vitamin A. Melanopsin, a blue light chromophore, is found in the skin /eye and is held in place by a weak covalent bond. Excessive exposure to blue light without sufficient red light can release vitamin A, which in turn can reduce your body's ability to produce vitamin D3, even if you are exposed to plenty of UV LIGHT. If Vitamin A and K levels are low, Vitamin D can become toxic to cells. Your body thrives on a careful balance of nutrients. Taking excessive amounts of vitamin D supplements can be detrimental to your health. Vitamin A is found in many different foods & is a fat-soluble. However, plant-based sources of vitamin A may require more energy for the body to convert into a usable form. Vitamin D is produced in the skin when it is exposed to UVB sunlight & is then transported to the liver, where it is converted into a hormone with the help of LDL cholesterol. This is why sitting in the sun on a low fat diet is also an epic fail (Vegans take note) Simply relying on supplements & being under artificial lighting can cause long-term inflammation. AirDrop runs on Bluetooth and WiFi. Which means the moment it’s ON, your phone is constantly pinging the room, trying to see who’s around. That means extra background RF radiation. Keep it OFF, always!
