Scientists just reviewed decades of data on AC Magnetic fields, the kind coming off your power lines and what they do to your hormones. The results are ugly. The "safety" limit is uglier. Melatonin, thyroid, cortisol, reproduction. ALL DISRUPTED. NOT through HEAT. Through oxidative stress and calcium flooding into cells that were never supposed to open those gates. So you'd think there's a limit protecting you from that. There is. And once you understand it, you'll wish you didn't. The limit almost everybody uses comes from a private group called ICNIRP. Not a Government agency. A commission. Their number for public exposure to power frequency magnetic fields is 200 microtesla. That's 2,000 mG Now hold that number next to the actual harm data. IARC flagged these fields as a possible carcinogen back in 2001, and the signal for childhood leukemia showed up at 0.3 to 0.4 microtesla. 3 to 4 mG That's the level where kids start getting sick. So the "safety" limit sits about 500 times higher than the exposure already linked to childhood cancer. How does a limit end up that loose? Because ICNIRP only protects against one thing: an acute jolt strong enough to stimulate your nerves right now, today, this second. That's the entire basis. If the field isn't cooking your tissue or zapping a nerve, ICNIRP calls it safe by definition. Long-term, low-level, night-after-night exposure? Not their department. They looked at the chronic evidence and decided it wasn't "established" enough to act on. Meanwhile the chronic evidence kept piling up. Kaiser Permanente tied prenatal exposure to miscarriage and to obesity and asthma in the children who made it. An 18-year study of 3.5 million people found more Alzheimer's and dementia deaths in homes near the grid. And now this review adds hormone disruption to the list. Here's the part that should end the conversation. The United States has no federal limit at all for magnetic field EMF. Zero. The EPA was researching it in the 1990s and the funding got pulled. No research, no finding. No finding, no rule. The Netherlands looked at the same science and started buying up homes near power lines to move families out of the exposure zone. The US defunded the people holding the meter, then started running new high-voltage lines to feed AI Data centers. A private commission sets a limit 500 times above where kids get leukemia and only checks whether the field can zap you on the spot. That's the standard your family lives under. Ask yourself who that number was really built to protect. image

🚨NEW RF Radiation review just dropped🚨 WiFi. Baby monitors. Tablets. Smart home devices. Most of them use the same 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radio frequencies. This 2026 review in Current Approaches in Psychiatry pulled 65 experimental studies asking a simple question: What happens when a developing brain is exposed to these signals? A developing brain is still under construction. Neurons are migrating. Synapses are forming. Neural circuits are being wired. Across those 65 studies the same 4 mechanisms kept surfacing: 1/ Increased oxidative stress 2/ Impaired synaptic plasticity 3/ Disrupted neurogenesis 4/ Altered dendritic spine formation These reported effects occurred at exposure levels where heating was not the proposed mechanism. Meanwhile, the FCC exposure limits are based on preventing excessive tissue heating. A framework first adopted in 1996 and never updated since. The reported outcomes included changes in learning, memory, motor activity, and anxiety related behavior that persisted after exposure. People often say: "There isn’t enough human evidence" Ofcourse there isn’t. You can’t randomly expose pregnant women or children in controlled experiments to see what happens decades later. So most of the evidence comes from animal and laboratory research. And dozens of those studies point the same direction, while the safety standard measures heat and stops there. You can't rewind a nervous system. It wires once, before birth and in the first years. Until the standard catches up, distance is free. Hardwire what you can. Keep the wireless off the belly and off at night. Published: June 29, 2026 image

Today is World EHS Day. To everyone who gets headaches, brain fog, insomnia, tinnitus or other symptoms around WiFi, cellphones, smart devices, screens, only to be told it’s stress or all in their head, I see you. A lot of us have spent years trying to figure out what’s happening, changing our homes, turning things off, moving away from towers, noticing patterns nobody else does You don’t have to prove your experience Keep sharing what you’ve learned. Keep taking notes. Keep supporting each other No matter where the science ends up, people deserve to be heard when they say something is affecting their health To everyone living with EHS today and to those still searching for answers You’re not alone 🙏 image

GM Nostr The beach empties out during the monsoons. The tourists leave & the shacks close. But these boys are still here, walking the same stretch every day looking for food. Not anymore. As long as I’m around, they’ll be fed. #dogstr

You just need a few of those solar photons to kick off a chain reaction inside your body. 1 photon becomes 1000’s of molecular events. That’s how Nature works. Tiny inputs can create surprisingly large downstream effects. The butterfly effect isn’t just a weather phenomenon. It’s happening inside you every time natural light hits your eyes and skin. Even under thick cloud cover, natural daylight is often many times brighter than the lighting inside your home, office or gym. Your eyes can tell the difference instantly. Your cells can too. Clouds change the intensity. They don’t turn the signal off. So if you’re waiting for perfect weather before you step outside, stop waiting. The photons are already here. Get OUTSIDE. image

🚨NEW RF RADIATION STUDY🚨 Researchers exposed migratory bats to low level Radiofrequency radiation (between 0.01 and 300 MHz) before releasing them The 0.01–300 MHz range is AM/FM radio and the broadband electrical noise that leaks from electronics and power lines Normally, these bats fly in a consistent migratory direction. After exposure, THEY DIDN'T. They flew off in random directions and appeared to lose their sense of orientation. What's interesting is that the effect lasted for hours after the exposure had ended. The study suggests that Radiofrequency signals can interfere with the magnetic cues bats use for navigation. One more thing. This study wasn't done on birds or insects. It was done on a mammal. You are a mammal.

Your skin’s electrical resistance: Dry: 116,000 ohms Humid: 8,000 ohms 14x lower when you’re sweating. Which means summer is when your body leaks electrons fastest and when grounding barefoot works best image
