The water you drink isn’t the same as the water your cells make. You have to transform the water you drink into cellular water. This happens when electrons move through the electron transport chain, spinning the ATPase nanomotors faster which creates more EZ water. This water is special because it acts like a capacitor for electromagnetic fields, basically functioning as a battery that stores energy. IR light from the morning sun creates EZ water. Later, when UV arrives, it expands the EZ.. charging your cellular battery even more. Most of your energy actually comes from this water, NOT FOOD.
