The key is not having NOISE SUPPRESSION feature So as long as your AM radio doesn't have this feature, it will be able to detect Dirty Electricity image View quoted note →

How to use an AM Radio to test DIRTY ELECTRICITY?

That's right. AM Radios are fantastic low-cost detectors of dirty electromagnetic environments. They works at 530–1700 KHz so you can at least use them to detect DE in that range. Stetzerizer filters WORK. But you need to make sure the WIRING in your house doesn’t have any errors or they can increase the AC Magnetic fields around the wires. View quoted note →

you can just use a red tshirt on top of your existing lamps to block the blue photons from the artificial lights NOONE TALKS ABOUT THIS image

Dirty Electricity is one of the most pervasive issues in a modern 21st century home and literally NOONE is talking about it Your phone might be on airplane mode, Your WiFi might be off, but your house wiring? That thing’s STILL SCREAMING DIRTY ELECTRICITY. All Day. All Night. NON STOP. The grid never sleeps until you break the circuit. Think about it. 50 Apartments in one building 100’s of ‘energy-saving’ LEDs All connected to the same powerline. Every switch, bulb, charger sends little bursts of dirty noise back into the wires. What should be smooth electricity, Now comes in short, choppy waves. One neighbor turns on the solar, another switxhes on a motor & that noise spreads through the whole building instantly. By the time that power reaches your room, it has already passed through 49 other apartments’ full of dimmers, SMPS & LED drivers.. Each one adding more noise. You can’t see it, but it’s always there. Moving through the walls, Around every wire. Inside every plug! Even when the lights GO OFF, The Electromagnetic noise NEVER DOES.

Human blood cells exposed to cellphone radiation for just 15 minutes showed clear chromosomal damage. THEN IT GETS WORSE When those same cells were later hit with Gamma radiation (used in diagnostics/therapy), THE DAMAGE AMPLIFIED. What does it mean? It means your cells don’t just take the hit from nnEMFs, they get primed for even deeper damage from anything that comes after. Mobile Telephony EMF alone = GENOTOXIC Gamma alone = GENOTOXIC Mobile telephony EMF before gamma = significantly MORE GENOTOXICITY All this happened at power levels 136x BELOW ICNIRP’s SAFE LIMITS It means low-level cellphone radiation doesn’t stay low-level, It changes how your DNA responds to stress. It means the so-called SAFE LIMITS don’t tell the full story. It means your body can be pushed into a more fragile state without you feeling a thing. It means two weak hits can act like one strong one when nnEMFs get involved. It means the danger isn’t just the radiation itself, it’s the way it rewires your response to every other stressor (toxins, pollution, chemicals) It means the body you’re living in is more electrically sensitive than the standards built to protect it. And it means the longer we pretend this is harmless, The deeper the bill will cut when it finally shows up. PMID: 38099580 image

Someone on X asked "I have a new apartment and office building going up right next to me soon and I was wondering, do you know what the safe distance from building-affixed type cell antennas would be?” Building mounted antennas broadcast a very strong, narrow main beam that shoots outward & downward at a shallow angle. That beam is the DANGER ZONE. "The study found that RF exposure is highest in the direction of maximum antenna gain (i.e. main beam) and therefore distance in that direction matters more than other directions"

Just saw someone wearing sunglasses at the beach Why will you watch this glorious sunset with your polarized glasses on? It’s a Carcinogenic lifestyle. Possibly even worse than your other vices. The problem is you only want to look at it from the ENERGY side of the equation LIGHT = EMF = SIGNAL and EMF also carries INFORMATION.. ..not just ENERGY. ENERGY aswell as INFORMATION Polarization is one of the key characteristics of the Bio-disruptive potential of an electromagnetic signal You’re modifying the physical waveforms of the Natural Signal i.e. The Sunlight 🌞 Signal:Noise Ratio down bad. Sickness creeping in. image View quoted note →

Every time you take a photo on your smartphone, A lot of metadata gets attached to it. 1. Date & time the photo was taken 2. Location where the photo was taken 3. Device information, model/software version All of these details get shared every time you send or upload that picture BUT.. There's a simple hack to get rid of that Metadata Take a screenshot of the picture & upload that instead of the original. image

Deuterium story isn't as simple as what people think it is Your Blood likes it but your Mitochondria's hates it I wouldn't recommend drinking DDW (Deuterium Depleted Water) unless you're quite sick. I would rather focus on reducing Deuterium via other means such as — The way I breathe (Nose breathing) — The quality of my sleep — The sweat (workout & sauna) — The food I eat (Natural/Organic) etc Grass fed animal's fat = low in deuterium because of the predominant carbon-hydrogen bonds in their composition and that's what makes Ghee, Tallow, Lard, Butter top tier fats Also, Some of you might find it interesting to know that the Deuterium quantity in water varies not only with latitude but also altitude (with a values ranging between 150 ppm at sea level & 130 ppm at heights above 3k meters). image View quoted note →

Eating local and seasonal food is ideal because it aligns with the natural deuterium levels in your local environment. The concentration of deuterium in water and plants varies by region & season. For example, plants growing in colder climates tend to have lower deuterium levels compared to those in warmer climates. Summer produce has different deuterium levels than winter produce due to changes in water composition and environmental conditions. Deuterium is a heavier isotope of hydrogen, and its higher levels in these foods can disrupt the TCA (tricarboxylic acid) cycle in your body, also known as the Krebs cycle. This happens because deuterium changes the rate at which biochemical reactions occur in the cycle leading to less efficient energy production in your cells. Eating non-local/out of season makes you fat & inflamed. Visit your local farmers market, they know best.
