I sat at the bar of restaurant while on a trip. Bartender asked for my ID. Having struggled with turning 30 this year this made me feel really good. She said genuinely thought I was under 21. Crazy good feeling even if just flattering me.

THIS NOTE IS FOR MYSELF People who sell things love to tell you that you are 'saving' money. The idea of "saving" or "savings" is a propagandized word. A seller will tell you, "If you buy this within the next three days, then you'll be saving 25%." The reality is you might just be spending less. Spending less is good if planned, but if something is suddenly on sale for a lower price, and I buy it then I never saved any money because I have less money now than before I bought it.
