Brain Glitch I do actually own such a machine. I found it in the sand in the shallow water of a beach in the 1970s. Memory a bit hazy but probo HK or Malaysia. It has followed me ever since despite it being a woman's watch and not keeping time well. I would love the tools and skills to be able to service the movement back to running well. A perfect gift for my wife.๐Ÿง nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzp46nvfst3r8huhxrljj0sgjq7dptczv8vt8nhp2at4m9u7xfthwtqqsqjj5aqr4tvjzc3p86kwpp79yx8gnw88ffmlfcm9hvhx74x0ax23qfcuskm image
As my years go on I find myself increasingly intrigued and in awe of what many might nonchalantly dismiss as old outdated "tech". I don't own such a machine but maybe I should. The wheels, the screws, the parts all brought together and balanced so finely when powered by coiled energy in a tightened spring. Tick Tock. image
A 1940 map from Technocracy, Inc. Of note is that Joshua Norman Haldeman is Elon Musk's grandfather note1hqm3mkt64kh56s8t5pjjfuttes24yevh4zd2f7fp24r5j6rv68qsnw2ewh image
Back in 2023 I posted a list of some of the lesser known but seemingly "blessed by authorities" companies that were making big moves as corporate custodians for bitcoin and other digital assets.....today there was an announcement involving Blockstream. UK FCA approved no less. ๐Ÿง note1ljq4k26az29vhz6zt2y500uzzp6t8nkvdg3x0788exednsac9jlqurqwtn
