Very grateful that I had the opportunity to connect on a deep level with real friends at Nostriami. Soon after landing in Miami, I found myself at a taco place full of friends from Nostrica (thanks to @Derek Ross). This is where I finally got to meet @hodlbod in the flesh. The mustache is even more impressive in real life. The next morning was breakfast with @PABLOF7z and @JeffG. We immediately picked up where we left off from Nostrica, like it was just yesterday. There was some Bitcoin themed corporate sales event happening in Miami at the same time as Nostriami so we decided to go and have a look. It was exactly as expected, but what **no one** expected was @Vitor Pamplona - too weird to live, too rare to die, too awesome to ignore. That night, Uncle @UNCLE ROCKSTAR organized a beach party. There was no music but there were good vibrations coming from sleepy, utxo, tico, island and a light show by @roya ୨୧ . This is also where I got to meet Chako, and found out he's only 15! I left the beach early to make sure I got enough sleep for something very awesome happening the next day. The Bitcoin themed conference provided a room out the back somewhere for real Bitcoin stuff, and uncle rockstar went on stage to talk about nostr with Pablo and Will. Some other guy was there too but he didn't say anything. Later in the day @ODELL talked about rabbits digging holes or something. Karaoke happened that night. On the final day, we had a meetup / hackathon demo day at a local pub, was great fun!

I haven't used any social media for about 3 years now. I use nostr because I want to remain sovereign over where I direct my attention and consciousness.

Nostriches tend to randomly congregate around food and coffee. I went to meet @hodlbod and @Sherry for breakfast, we sat out the front on the street and watched people walking past. Someone randomly stopped and sat at our table, turns out it was @npub1xv6a...xea6 who's working on Stemstr! Next up, a guy wearing a bisq shirt joined us @Bitcoin Mechanic Finally, there was some kind of commotion, a crazy guy was walking down the street yelling and shouting at strangers, telling them to stop putting JSON in content. I turned around and it was @PABLOF7z
