> "We all live under a lawless regime, one to which the Supreme Court dutifully defers. And it’s not just the destructive paper-money system under which they plunder and loot us and bring us an endless series of economic booms and busts. There are also the unconstitutional wars that presidents wage without the congressional declaration of war that the Constitution requires — wars to which the Supreme Court, again, dutifully defers. There is also the military draft, which is not among the powers that the Constitution vests in the federal government. Indeed, where are the powers to establish a welfare state and a national-security state? Where are the powers to engage in state-sponsored assassinations, torture, coups, and wars of aggression? Where are the powers to establish a socialist (i.e., central planning) system of immigration controls and the militarized immigration police state, including mass violent deportations, that comes with it?

> "The dark reality is the federal government forces us to obey its laws, such as with its evil and immoral war on drugs, while, at the same time, ignores the higher law of the Constitution that we the American people have placed on federal officials. Let us never forget that as Thomas Jefferson pointed out in the Declaration of Independence, when any government becomes destructive of the rights and liberties of the people, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish that government and institute new government that protects, not destroys, our rights, freedom, and well-being."

> "So, why is it that America now has a paper-money system? It is undeniable that the Constitution has never been amended to abolish the gold coin/silver coin system and replace it with a paper-money system. Yet, it is also undeniable that despite the fact that the Constitution doesn’t vest the federal government with the power to issue paper money, it has been doing precisely that for almost 100 years. Moreover, it is also undeniable that although the Constitution prohibits the states from making anything but gold coins and silver coins legal tender, the states have been making paper money legal tender for that same length of time."

> "Instead of adding to the deficits and total debt, which is what this [Big Beautiful] bill does, I would have liked to see an outright default on the national debt.
> ...The Fed should be abolished. Gold should be reinstated as the national currency. About 90% of Federal agencies should be abolished. The “defense” budget should be decreased by 75%, instead of being increased to a trillion dollars per year. All US troops should withdraw from all foreign bases. The government should resign its membership in the UN, NATO, and scores of other clubs and treaties. All aid and subsidies of domestic corporations and foreign governments should cease… There’s a lot more, but that’s a good start."

Amen! Good stuff. I "read" through the Bible every year. I say "read" in quotes because I actually listen to audio Bible podcasts that break it down into a few chapters a day (can that be called "auditing"?) This year I am going through a recording of the New Living Translation, which is not the most strictly literal, but is still very good, in my opinion, and sounds like the way we speak today, and can be a way to have a fresh look at Scripture.
If reading the #Bible or the same passages ever gets stale to you, it can help to read it in a different translation. In recent years I've been listening to a different translation each year. Last year it was the #Christian Standard Bible, and the English Standard Version before that, etc. I like to read the Bible in contemporary English because even though it wasn't written in contemporary English, it was writtren in the everyday speech to the original audiences. We don't speak in "thees" and "thous" today; the Pilgrims and Puritans did, and for them that was their contemporary, everyday speech, but we are 500-600 removed from their time! I'm glad to have your faithful voice here on #Nostr encouraging people on the path!
"Then #Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you continue in My word, you really are My disciples." (John 8:31)

> Biden also pardoned Anthony Fauci, former chief medical advisor to the president; former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley; and members of the House committee that investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riots. Less than half an hour before Trump became president, Biden also pardoned members of his family, including his brothers James B. Biden and Francis W. Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens and brother-in-law John T. Owens.
And his son Hunter. And still, there will likely be another Devilcrat in the White House again, if the Republic doesn't fall first.

> "It was the same with the coverups of the assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK, and 9/11. Everyone on the Warren Commission knew that Oswald was a patsy, just as the other investigators knew that Sirhan Sirhan was a patsy, that James Earl Ray was a patsy, that Osama bin Laden was a patsy. It was simply imperative that Americans not know that the CIA and Joint Chiefs had assassinated President Kennedy, that the CIA killed Robert Kennedy as he was about to be elected president and would hold accountable the murderers of his brother, that the FBI killed MLK because they feared his leadership, and that 9/11 was impossible without the complicity of the highest levels of the US government. The George W. Bush regime claimed to have had no inkling of the 9/11 attack, but Mossad had a camera team on the scene ready to film the destruction of the World Trade Center. The Mossad agents were arrested, held two months, and quietly released. There is no mention of the Israeli agents’ advanced knowledge of the 9/11 attack in the official 9/11 Commission report."

> "Income and inheritance taxes imply the denial of private property, and in that are different in principle from all other taxes. The government says to the citizen: ‘Your earnings are not exclusively your own; we have a claim on them, and our claim precedes yours; we will allow you to keep some of it, because we recognize your need, not your right; but whatever we grant you for yourself is for us to decide.’ This is no exaggeration. Take a look at the income-tax report that you are required by law to make out, and you will see that the government arbitrarily sets down the amount of your income you may have for your living, for your business requirements, for the maintenance of your family, for medical expenses, and so on. After granting these exemptions, with a flourish of generosity, the government decides what percentage of the remainder it will appropriate. The rest you may have. The percentage of the appropriation may be (and has been) raised from year to year, and the exemptions may be (and have been) lowered from year to year. The amount of your earnings that you may retain for yourself is determined by the needs of government, and you have nothing to say about it. The right of decision as to the disposition of your property rests in the government by virtue of the Sixteenth Amendment of the Constitution."

> "...the ‘evil’ has reached the point where the doctrine of natural rights has been all but abrogated in fact, if not in theory. As a consequence, the kind of government we are acquiring is distinctly different from that envisaged by the Founding Fathers; it is fast becoming a government that conceives itself to be the source of rights, which it gives and can recall at its own pleasure."
