After he fires a single bullet, you can see the barrel of pistol lowered in his right hand and, he then takes a step back. The glare from the sun allows us to see the barrel of the pistol. Clearly a seasoned professional killer who knew how to take this shot. A type of shot by the way that has been portrayed in movies for decades. Decide for yourself."

Hopefully this guy's activities and whereabouts in the aftermath of the shooting have been investigated.
