Today’s workout: 20 sets of 5 pull-ups, 2-minute rest between sets. If you can complete all 20 sets, increase to 6 reps per set next time and keep building. If you can’t complete a set, that’s itβ€”end the workout. Hit this 3–4 times per week, and watch your max rep climb. Simple and effective.
