I think I'm stuck in Gen X mental mode when looking at job announcements.
We spent decades doing senior-level tasks in junior-level positions because the Boomers held all the senior positions for like 50 years, so I now have no idea which positions to apply for, so I defaulted to applying to junior-level positions, but it appears that the Boomers are gone and now they're looking for seniors to do what I used to do as a junior, and the new juniors can't even code or read a map, and it's all chaos.

Is there any point in applying directly for jobs? It's so much simpler to just let the recruiters do it for you.
The government actually has no idea how many jobs there really are, as many job announcements are duplicates and many are phishing.
Zaps were a mistake. Use payment targets.
Another day of disappointing random strangers because I'm not from Brazil.
