We opened our restaurant late last year. It has been very difficult. Many challenges. Yet the local population is very happy with our food. They are greatful we are here! This keeps us going and keeps us motivated. So far we have done okay financially but we are building the foundation for future wealth for us and for our community. One day I hope we can allow people to pay with bitcoin! In the meantime I wear Italian clothes every day, I serve with honor and style. GM Investing in bitcoin is never easy. It is the drawdown period of the halving cycle. Bitcoin value will drop by 70 % or more in fiat terms. This is a real thing, not just a fake fomo concern. People have bills to pay, wealth to protect. Any of these influencers who say the halving cycle doesn’t exist are lying or don’t understand bitcoin. I think this is the best year to keep everything in cash. We don’t live in a world yet where you can spend bitcoin – no matter what the dingbats on Nostr say. Not everyone lives in El Salvador. Even though I am buying bitcoin every day - and spending bitcoin - it hurts to see the net worth drop so dramatically each week. I will hopefully start to invest heavily in bitcoin next year and also start bitcoin mining if the cash flow allows. Life is never easy. and on top of that Bitcoin is in the low point of the cycle about to crash.
