Raw Butter Scramble
What does that even mean? Well, if you’re able to find raw butter where you live, I highly recommend you buy some. Raw butter is packed with vitamins, healthy fats, and enzymes that are great for digestion. I was finally able to get some, and it doesn’t disappoint!
Here’s a quick and easy breakfast you can make every day — I never get tired of it!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of raw butter (or more, depending on how much you like it 🤪)
- 3-4 cage-free eggs (or any you have)
- Salt for seasoning
Directions:
1. Add butter to a pan on medium-high heat.
2. Crack your eggs straight into the pan. Mix the egg whites and once they start to cook, pop the yolks and mix them in together.
3. Season with salt and add more butter if you like.
That’s it!! I like to add a side of nitrate-free bacon and a cafecito with raw heavy cream 🤪
