Today’s podcast is inspired by Claude AI’s bias against the #carnivorediet — stay tuned! It will air tomorrow on my YouTube channel.

Wow, talk about a biased response! I’m in complete shock right now, though I probably shouldn’t be surprised. This clearly shows that even AI is influenced by its creators and the information widespread on the web and in the media—constantly promoting that red meat is bad and plants are good!
I started with ChatGPT, but since the caption wasn’t quite right, I turned to Claude. After this experience, I won’t be using it anymore!
I asked Claude for a caption for my reel, which has an overlay saying: “POV: the carnivore way of eating healed my depression.” The response was frustrating (see the first screenshot); it seemed to suggest I was on a plant-based diet. When I asked for captions if I were plant-based or vegan, Claude was more than willing to help. (See screenshots).
Interestingly, everything worked fine with DuckDuckGo, except for Claude. This really upset me. Even after explaining that this was my personal journey and not medical advice, Claude still refused to assist. It kept wanting to say that I was plant based or on a “balanced diet”.
What do you think? Let me know your thoughts.

Woke up at 10 a.m. today – yes, the kids let me sleep in, so I took full advantage. Made breakfast for the family, and I should finish unpacking from our trip last week and clean the floors, but I don't want to do anything!
I did the big luggage with my stuff, my husband's, and all the beach gear, but I still have the boys' luggage left 😒
Anyone else procrastinate unpacking?

Eating healthy should be normal but sadly people see it as a diet.
Why do you think that is?

I get asked this question a lot… Is Coffee Allowed on the Carnivore Diet?

GM #nostr — today I reflect on the saying: “Dance like no one is watching” — I had to get this mug when I saw it.
Growing up, I was insecure—people would ask, "Why are you so skinny?" they would make remarks about how thin I was, and at 9 or 10, that starts to mess with your head. I went through middle school feeling like I wasn’t pretty, too skinny, not good enough. When I started high school, I felt the same way. Then in my junior year, after my grandmother passed away, something clicked. I just said, "F^ck it!" Why do I care so much about what others think? It took time to stop worrying about others' opinions—it was years of self-doubt and feeling lost in ways that are hard to describe.
Now, I think about my kids and fear others might be cruel to them. But I also know that I can’t control it. Even though I wish no one would have to feel the way I did, a part of me realizes that what I went through made me who I am today.
So when you feel down on yourself, doubt yourself, or feel like everyone is watching, stop and remind yourself that you are amazing.
Today, I’m going to dance like no one is watching. 💃🏼

Why everything in “moderation” is making you unhealthy!
When you start a new diet or try to eat “healthier,” it’s easy to say “everything in moderation.” Theoretically, moderation would be amazing, right? Eat well 90-95% of the time and enjoy a few foods that make you happy.
That sounds great! But it’s never that easy. “Moderation” leaves space for eating foods that can make you sick, cause weight gain, and lead you back into old habits!
Changing the way we think about food isn’t easy. We’ve been told for so long that red meat is bad for you, seed oils are good, and cereal is nutritious and heart-healthy! I literally cringe and laugh at the same time because it’s so utterly ridiculous to think people are getting sick from eating red meat rather than from highly processed foods full of sugar, dyes, seed oils, and other junk that your body is trying to reject by manifesting as sickness, diabetes, depression, anxiety, inflammation…
Moderation is just an excuse to enjoy foods we find delicious! I truly believe that some people can handle “moderation,” but MOST PEOPLE JUST CAN’T!
