#GM New week. New day. Fresh cup. And a little reminder I needed this morning: You’re not behind. You don’t have to have it all figured out today. There’s time. Time to move through what matters. Time to pause and breathe when you need to. Time to come back to yourself when your mind starts racing. That anxious feeling? It’s just a sign you care. So take a sip. Take a breath. You’ve got more space than it feels like. What’s one thing you’re reminding yourself of today? #coffeechain #nostr #asknostr #stacksats #plebchain #mondaymotivation #podcast

Ever feel like no matter what you eat, your body’s still off? Bloating, brain fog, random inflammation — that was me for years. And I kept trying to fix it with more stuff… more supplements, more rules, more stress. When I switched to carnivore, things finally started to shift. Not overnight. Not perfect. But clearer. Simpler. I could finally breathe. In this episode, I’m breaking down 5 simple steps to help you start carnivore without all the second-guessing. It’s what I wish someone told me when I felt stuck and overwhelmed. If you’re in that place, I made this for you: Let me know what lands with you—or drop any questions, I’m always down to chat. #nostr #asknostr #carnivore #gm #carnivorediet #nutritionheals

I haven’t worked out in a while. After 6 years of consistency, I got sick in December… then again in January. I tried to get back into it, but my body wasn’t feeling it. I was tired, routines shifted, work picked up—and workouts dropped off. Could I wake up early like I used to? Sure. Do I want to? Nope. Not right now. Different season. Different pace. And I’m learning to honor that. Not every workout is perfect. But in a life full of chaos, showing up anyway? That’s where the real wins are made. If you’re in a weird season too—you’re not alone. What’s one way you’re showing up for yourself lately? Drop it below. #poscast #workoutpause #seasonsoflife #wellnessoverperfection #nostr #gm #plebchain #coffeechain

#GM — new week, fresh coffee, deep breaths. If you woke up feeling a little anxious about everything waiting for you this week, you’re not alone. Mondays can bring a lot of pressure. A lot of “where do I even start?” energy. Here’s your reminder (and mine): You don’t have to figure everything out today. You just have to take the next right step. One thing at a time. One decision at a time. Slow is still progress. Messy is still progress. Starting small is still starting. Let’s give ourselves some room to be human this week. What’s one thing you’re focusing on today? #asknostr #nostr #coffeechain #plebchain #monday image

#GM You ever have one of those weeks where things almost come together—but your body has other plans? That’s been me. - The cold’s still hanging on - Client work is in the “waiting on feedback” stage - And I’ve got a great idea for the next podcast episode… I’m just not feeling well enough to record it yet I used to push through stuff like this. Record anyway. Post something just to stay “consistent.” But now? If it’s not coming from a good place, I’m not forcing it. So I’m taking a breath. Letting the idea simmer. Drinking the coffee. Not rushing the content. If you’ve been feeling off too—this is your reminder: You don’t have to create from burnout. You can pause and still be building. #nostr #asknostr #carnivore #podcast #coffeechain #plebchain #proofofsteak image

#GM Didn’t sleep much last night—my kids have been passing around a cold like it’s a group project, and now it’s finally trying to recruit me. Vertigo kicked in too, so I’m here with coffee in hand (round two), @nat brunell talking Bitcoin in the background, and just trying to ease into the day without doing too much. Waiting on a few clients to get back to me so I can wrap up their social content—honestly, the waiting game is the worst. But maybe it’s the nudge I needed to slow down a bit. So for now, I’m sipping my coffee and letting this morning be what it is. What about you—how’s your day starting out? #plebchain #carnivore #coffeechain #proofofsteak #btc #asknostr #nostr image

Carnivore was supposed to be the answer. No more carbs. No more fiber. Just meat — and finally, freedom from bloating. But for a lot of people… the bloat sticks around. Confusing, right? You’re doing everything “right” — so why do you still feel off? In this episode, I’m breaking down 3 surprising reasons why bloating can still happen even on carnivore — and what to do if you’re not feeling your best. This one might connect some dots you didn’t even know were related. Listen now: ➡️ #asknostr #gm #coffeechain #plebchain #carnivore #podcast

#GM, coffee in hand, and excited about my new podcast that dropped yesterday! When I first started carnivore, I was overthinking everything—trying to do it “right,” second-guessing every bite, and honestly just making it harder than it needed to be. In this episode, I’m sharing the one simple thing I wish I knew from the start. It’s often overlooked, but it would’ve saved me so much stress in those early days. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure, this might be the reminder you need. Drop any carnivore questions below & click here to watch the full podcast: #asknostr #carnivore #podcast

#GM, coffee in hand, ideas flowing. This is how our mornings start—coffee, a whiteboard filled with scribbles, and my husband by my side as we dig into learning and brainstorming. It’s a simple routine, but the key is showing up every day, even when progress feels slow. Here’s the thing—business growth doesn’t happen in a flash. It’s not about a big, dramatic moment. It’s about these small, consistent steps we take together, the quiet moments that add up over time. Each video, every idea jotted down, leads to something bigger. So, what’s one thing you’re learning today? How are you moving the needle, even in small ways? I’d love to hear what’s working for you. #coffeechain #plebchain #smallbusiness #asknostr #proofofsteak #growth image

Why do we get so uncomfortable at the idea of removing something that might be harmful? Today I found myself scrolling a mom group on Facebook (I really need to stop, but that’s a convo for another day). Someone posted: “Any moms concerned about removing fluoride from the county’s drinking water? If you’re willing to speak on camera, please reach out to me. Thanks.” Now—she has every right to ask, why don’t we want it removed? And here’s what gets me. The comments. Some moms agreed and said yes, it should be taken out. But then you’ve got the ones saying things like: “Unless you’re drinking 120 gallons in one sitting, you’re fine. The amount in drinking water is too small to cause any harm. We’re already exposed to toxins — cleaning supplies, pollution, secondhand smoke, makeup, electronics…” And I just sat there thinking… so because we’re already exposed to all this stuff… we should just keep piling it on? One mom nailed it when she replied: “So because it’s only a little, it’s okay? That’s the same mindset behind all the toxins you just mentioned — a little here, a little there… it adds up. We’re constantly exposed. Why wouldn’t we want it removed?” YES. That was exactly my thought. Why wouldn’t we want less toxicity? Why are we so quick to defend what we’ve been told is “safe,” instead of asking if there’s a better way? We don’t have to be conspiracy theorists to question things. We just have to care. #coffeechain #nostr #asknostr #plebchain #proofofsteak #maha #mahamom #fluoride #healthfreedom #questioneverything
